We commissioned Neil Leiter (viola), Meg Harmant (Violin, harp and piano) and Fabien Leseure (electronics) to create a new spatialised composition in the MONOM 4DSOUND spatial system. The collective spent a week at MONOM in Berlin in July 2022 composing and performing the piece.
Mirror Image was performed twice at het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam in December 2022; at the “Ocean of Sound” Festival at STUK in Leuven, Belgium in December 2023; Lisbon in January 2024; Rotterdam, and Hasselt in Belgium, in April 2024.
